Conversations with your mind. Technique.

Find a quite place.
Talk to your mind outlaid.
     "We have a problem.  You worry....You are afraid.. about this.  I can tell you that the solution is ..."
You can sit and figure out the solution together.
If the mind wants to stay confused , say :"Ok. Lets be confused for now."

Another way is doing that practice while looking into your own eyes in the mirror.  I found it is more effective with finding a solution.
